Returns Policy
What is your return policy?
If the goods are defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
If you receive your order, and you were sent the wrong products, please call us for an RMA.
If you receive the product and you do not want it, or have changed your mind about it, please contact us to discuss the options. However restocking fees may apply.
The products must be in their original packaging. You are required to prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
No goods will be accepted without an RMA number displayed clearly on the outside of a parcel.
Who pays shipping for returned products?
If the product you received is not the product you ordered we pay the cost of returning the item. If the product is returned for any other reason, you will incur the cost of the return.

The Australian Internet Pool Shop respects your privacy. We use your information to process your purchase and provide service and technical support. We will not pass any of your information on to anyone.
