Recently I ordered a diaphragm with Heidi & a O ring for my Zodiac. I paid for the postage which I was surprised about. The wrong one was sent. I rang & arrangements were made to send a correct diaphragm. Due to waiting a week & unable to use my cleaner I asked James to send a compression ring as compensation.He sent another O ring by mistake. Why would I order a second one? He replied there was a misunderstanding by both of us & he would send a compression ring if I paid for the postage. I explained I already had paid for postage for the wrong diaphragm & I shouldn't have to pay the postage. He obviously felt the business was not at fault & I have not received any further communication.
I believe I should receive a complimentary compression ring which was agreed to with postage paid by your company.
