Jetvac Pool Cleaner
Jet-Vac Pool Cleaners
The Jet Vac Pool Cleaner is pressure-driven and requires both a dedicated pressure line and booster pump to operate.
The Jetvac has a considerable throat of 115mm and can collect large debris. In just a few hours per day, the Jet Vac pool cleaner will thoroughly clean your pool.
The Jet vac pool cleaner differs from Polaris Pool Cleaners in how they move. Polaris Pool cleaners wheels are driven, while the Jetvac operates by water exiting a rear jet. Gears inside the Jet-Vac direct water to different jets inside the cleaner, providing forward and reverse motion and allowing the cleaner out of tight corners.
The Jet Vac Pressure Cleaner is reliable and has proven ability with dealing with very leafy swimming pools.
- Dedicated Return Line - This line is usually a 50mm pressure pipe through the pool wall, and it is run to the pool equipment in a 40mm pipe. The Dedicated return line usually is located halfway down the length of the pool and arms depth deep.
- Booster Pump - These are pressure pumps and are available as Polaris Booster Pumps or Jetvac Booster Pumps. Our staff pick is the Jetvac Booster pump which is far more durable
- Delay Switch - The water for the Pressure Cleaner Booster Pump is sourced from the filtration equipment. This means that the pool pump must be running simultaneously as the Booster Pump. To synchronise these two pumps, we recommend a Delay Switch.
