Ordered this item around 3pm on a Friday afternoon. Was informed it was out of stock but would be back in stock on Monday and processed and dispatched then. True to their word, it was sent out by post on Monday. We received the item on Wednesday (normal delivery for our area) and it is a perfect replacement for our old unit.
